Oh just seen this. OK gimme time to sort them out ( Max was pre digicam) and I'll scan some.

but there are some on here who are so daft about cats, me being one of them, that we really would love to see as many as you wish to post and of your beloved dog too.  I used to have a yellow lab, wonderful dog, might try to find some of him too.  It was like losing my best friend when he died, he was my constant companion  :)

Merlins's done it again.  Go out for 10 mins and he brings in a headless sparrow for OH.  Not impressed. >:(

Oh Baggy I had the same thing for years with one of mine. She would go on the firld oposite me and get herself a nice mouse or rat to bring home. Sometimes she ate them and sometime she let them go in the house.  :o

One day the washing machine flooded the kitchen. She had brought a rat in, of course I didnt know, and it had eaten the pipes at the back.  ::)  The hassle we had to get it fixed and to find and get rid of that rat!

She use to catch something and eat it in the hall at night while we were asleep. In the morning I'd get up to a bird or mouse face ( she never ate that bit) on my carpet.  :-X  As the carpet is red I learned NEVER to pick bits up with my hands without looking at it properly first.  ;)

Why do we keep them? Cos we love them and they know it!  ;D

Even as a kitten Hannah used to wash Max. Awww it was like painting the Forth Bridge, she never got to the end lol.  ;D



Then when she had her kittens she would take them over to him ( even though he was trying to sleep) to look after.
There are 2 in the bed. One of them is right by his nose.

Yesterday my favourite niece (I know you shouldn't have favourites) and her OH received news that all cat owners dread.  Their beloved Bailey had been killed. :'(  He was so much a part of their lives, always there to greet them when they got home from work and lending a helping paw when his dad was doing any DIY.
I have been feeling tearful ever since, it's as if I'm sharing their pain. :'(
I just wanted to share this photo with you all.

Thanks kitty, gardengirl, georgie and maz.  I'm feeling a lot better today but I have yet to speak to Vicky but I have sent her a card, thought I would give her a little time.  Yes he was a lovely cat, a real little gentleman, never ever any trouble where as his sister is the complete opposite.  She's always bringing things into the house or returning home with blood on her from eating a rabbit.  :-\
