Allotments 4 All

Freezing up at the plot today, that wind cuts through. I stayed either in the greenhouse or poly all day, lovely and warm with the sunshine 

The wind has died down at last, only a slight breeze now, sun trying to get out, dry, looks a better day but only 4c.

Cold and windy today.   

what a lovely day, sun shining, you can now feel a bit of warmth in the sun things are defo looking better to day, but we have snow forecast for the week end lets hope they are wrong......+6c at the moment........jim....

A fresh fall of snow overnight but it's melted on teh roads and is starting to thaw in teh garden and fields.  Set to get down to -5C overnight and only +1C at best this weekend with a bit more snow expected.

Fine by me as I can't get out and garden for another 2 weeks at least and then won't be able to do much.   I shall be stir crazy by then I expect.

I do hope we don't get any more seriously damaging weather, especially once it does start warming up properly.  Last year a heavy late spring frost wiped out such a lot of plants.  Depressing.

Snowing here but too wet to settle.  Yuk.  I'm back to hibernating.  1°C.

Its only bloody snowing.

No snow as forecasted, now its night time frost forecast for the week [ -3c ] feels bl**dy cold at the moment. light up  17:08   roll on spring
