Looks great ,I hope you get a bit of action in it this season,weve had one attached to the plot shed for 2 years and its remained empty.

These are going to be dotted around crops that need pollinating, saw his article and Ray had some spare wood, so, nothing wasted 

My wife bought my a thing for bees and I put it in the back garden years ago.  Not one made a home in it!  Sad Face!!

Perharps your bee houses have had lack of bee residents..but I do suspect other beneficial 'bugs' have made good use of the towerblocks without you knowing it 
They are better off kept in disguise and partly covered some sort of vegetation..not only to keep predators away but also to regulate their 'central heating', too much sun, wind and rain is no good.
I do like look of those...I might have some spare bits of timber stashed away...perharps I should put it in good use too...

Maybe that is where I have gone wrong - I might move it to a more sheltered position..

Really awful summers tend to hammer flying insects like bees, and we've had several in the last few years. They should recover, eventually. I've had solitary bees on my plot in the past, but they seem to have vanished for the moment.
