8) Some of these on line and in car maps are wrong ??? Had a delivery driver insistant that my no through road went to Bures t'other day. His map told him so. No amount of my "but it does not go that way you need the next road over, your map is wrong" would put him off course and he proceeded to drive into a farm yard. Came back pretty quick. LOL

I havent had a chance to read where you all are yet ( theres so many and so much here) so is anyone near to me?

This'll be my 3rd summer at my lottie.  It's at Low Moor Allotments in York. 
Fantastic place, really peaceful and is on my route home from work, so on sunny summer evenings I pop there on way home to clear my head of work thoughts. Popped there yesterday evening to do some digging, with the sun shinning and a robin for company, perfect end to the day  :)
The first year I only had one bed of veg, last year I had 2, this year I'm expanding again and hopfully will have 4-5 beds dug and full of lovely veg.
I have so many ideas for my patch, just wish I could spend more time down there, so I could get them all done NOW, but then it's kind of nice having a string of ongoing projects/ideas.

Ours is in Harley, squeezed between Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley and is part of the Wentworth Estate. South-facing and sheltered from the wind. We've only had it about 8 weeks but we already look like we've got a tan from an erotic location!
No facilities (other than puddles of water) but great, generous, helpful people.
