Made pizza dough (in breadmaker) & sweated red & yellow peppers and red onions in olive oil
Pizza topping: Peppers, Onion, black olives, goats cheese & artichokes (from jar)  :P

Also made banana & chocolate chip cake (v.easy recipe) and a carrot cake

Banana and chocolate chip cake
150 g margarine
225 g sugar
300 g self raising flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 to 3 blackened bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 whisked eggs
Dark chocolate chips (or broken chocolate 70 % if poss)

Preheat oven 170c
Grease & line 8" round/square tin or use 1lb loaf tin with cake liner

Melt margarine & sugar in a pan
Remove from heat & add dry ingredients
Add whisked eggs and beat with wooden spoon
Add mashed banana & vanilla extract
Allow mixture to cool slightly before adding chocolate chunks/chips
Bake for 1hr - check after 45mins & cover with foil for remaining time to prevent cake becoming too brown.
This cake is nicer the following day

The bagels were lovely - even hard-to-please daughter was surprised at how good they tasted ;D

Just had one toasted with scrambled eggs - for lunch at work!

Oh Doris...those buns look delish...only 1 zillion calories per teeny weeny slice.. ::) :-X

Well..rainy day here and I've just been violently beating my sourdough..it is sooo stretchy now and I've left it to rest next to stove.
My 'jelly dough' bread is going to get olive and rosemary 'filling' and other lot some sundried tomatoes....and lashings of olive oil and sprinkle of sea salt on top. Photo's to follow..(I hope).
