Put a loo roll over the lens, bend it a bit and get this sort of effect.

Or if you find that a bit too symetric, tear the middle out of a slice of bread and get this effect.

The pictures were there this morning cos I saw em with my own eyes.  It was a photo taken through a loo roll and a piece of bread  ;D
