Allotments 4 All

Miserable day today in Enfield, couldn't be bothered to walk up to tennis, and decided the allotment would be depressing, so went to lovely Morrisons, to buy steak for dinner, and cooked blackberries from freezer from allotment (don't know what year) and cooking apples (last year) to make crumble and cream.  Yum, yum.  I hate these dark evenings, memo to myself, must get up early and go to allotment tomorrow.  Depressed from Enfield.

Yesterday was lovely. The rain that crept up on me wasn't too heavy so I carried on gardening....hood up and water-proofs on.

Job completed.  :)

over night frost,but its now 8.3c. a high of 12c is forecast

its overcast and looks more like rain at the moment

Glorious here... had a delivery of sh1t and been barrowing it all morning...  :)

So much warmer all over now that the central heating is working again.  ;D

strong winds with a temp    7.7c  winds moveing south later to day

Very cold!! heard the OH outside muttering at 5.45 this morning whilst de-icing the car windscreen ???

Same here but it is 4:15am so it's not that surprising.  ;D

Very windy yesterday
Blue skies and Sunshine today on my day off work.      8)

   Bright and Sunny. Off to the allotment !!

Temp at the moment is 6.3c here in the north of england
sky overcast with cload, anything could happen-so the allotment is a no no today.           jim

odds spots of sunshine. but mainly dull but dry at moment...temp is  5.5c
3 weeks to the winter solctice and lighter nights on the way.

Supposed to be raining but it's not though it will be later when we go 8 miles away to select the christmas tree...there will be wind, sleet and hail at that moment!
