It's the first time I've grown Delicata but a friend gave me a packet of seeds so I planted about 5 and then forgot about them.  Today I picked at least 40 fruit!

I cut it into chunks and put olive oil, salt and pepper on and then roasted it.  It cooked really quickly and my husband said it was deliciousl

Ooh... i picked my squash harvest this evening... got several delicata in there.... lots of Festivals, a marina di Choggia, a Becky, several green things I think must be gems of some description, a Gutamalen Blue and a big blue thing that's got me stumped as to what it is....plus there's some Hooligans...

My Marina di Choggia went gooey in the rain. I'll be eager to hear what you think of its taste.

My Marina di Choggia went gooey/moldy in the rain. I'll be eager to hear what you think of its taste (yours, not mine ;D.)
