A new allotment site has been established by our local council which is looking to hand over responsibility for it to the plot holders.  To this end, we are in the process of creating a committee to oversee its administration.  Rather than drafting terms of reference from scratch, does anyone here already have TORs for allotment committee officers such as Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary which I could plagiarise?

Thanks :) .

This is the doc you want from the NSALG.  It's probably a very good idea for you all to join up and then you'll get some very useful personal advice.

Edit: Oh yeah - Welcome to A4A GillE!
