How much! £10.80 kinell! I don't do haircuts, couldn't stand anybody touching my hair especially at that price. It will fall out on its own eventually.

Its cheap considering what we women have to spend to have our hair done

I was paying £10.00 for a flat top two years ago, OK it does need a little bit of work to get a flat top right but these days I just run a number three over the top and a two round the sides, just wish I could sell the stuff, :)

Don't you compost it?

I just have a dry trim every 6 weeks at pensioner rate £8. my hair has always done what it wants if it's damp it curls if it's dry it doesn't, I have learned not to argue with it just wash ,comb and go

Ohhh...I hate that....doing quickie even with baldy :-X
At least the barber should make some effort to earn the money and pretend to cut at least 20 odd minutes ::)
When I was in trade...my boss would have had me hang for that..and I've learned not to do production line kind of work...nor we did have 'shampoo' girls/boys...all were done from start to finish by one person...it was then just one person fault if there was something to say about the results....and you learned not to give a reason for it.

Its like pulling teeth to get me there  my wife used to do it untill the kids stoped lying and really told me what it looked like. She would say stop being mean and go to the barber, I have a full head of hair  but when i go and they ask what you want doing  its like they are giving me a estimate fo a job i need doing by a bunch of cowboys never mind i wont win with her 40 years and i lost my first argument at the church when i said i do thanks for all the feed back you can,t put a price om keeping the peace

:-X..Oh dear Rugby..maybe you need to find a barber that would suit you...it can be quite enjoyable you know?....I made some good friends with some clients and it all came down to one thing...'do not  talk bull s... with them'...all I had to do is being just normal and no acting...but finding one is hard...that's why I've ended up cutting my own hair... ::) There is thins culture with barbers and hairdresses..trying to be 'artistic' and over the top..it's like they all learn their lines from eastenders or corrie ::) >:(

Speak for yourself 9 years without going and that was only because I was getting married. Ends get a proper trim maybe once a year (friend) if not its diy with the scissors  :)

OH gets shorn when it starts getting curly or warm!
A space? I need more plants......more plants? I need some space!!!!

You couldn't make it up!

Mrs Gumboot

Not sure what the other half pays, but would be surprised if it was much more than a fiver. Mine is usally a thirty quid job in town which is why he has his done every couple of months & mine is done about twice a year  ::)

Then again, I wouldn't want a short back & sides so I guess I shouldn't moan  ;D

Our Tones that tight that he ain't been to the barbers since he met me. I have had to cut his hair. He aint got much left to cut nowadays.
Remember when the comet comb came out. Well when I first put it to the back of his head it shaved a big patch out of his hair. I never said anything but watching him drive off to work with this big patch on the backk of his head was soooooo gooooood.I won't tell you what he said when he got home after his mates had ribbed him. ;D
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"
