Allotments 4 All

This is our friend Terry who started growing vegetables last year. He started his carrots off in a seed tray(we all do things like that when we are learning).I bet he has got more out of one carrot seed than the rest of us. It weighed in at three and a half pounds.

Until I read the comment I thought it was one of those edible dahlia roots!  :-[

I think we will have to have a 'weird veg' class in our competition next year, it should be fun!
