Just got back from a weekend in Durham, where we visited Crook Hall. If you are ever up there, do go, it's a lovely place.

Even my OH was saying wouldn't it be nice to have a bigger arden after we'd been, and he's no gardener! Alnwick is lovely too, Carol- hope you get some decent weather to go there.
