... or to be more specific, the calendar that's attached to google mail?

I have to use it at work and it was fine up until a couple of weeks ago but now if I enter an appointment onto it, it won't let me edit it at all!  This means I can't add additional notes to appointments without deleting and starting again.  Has this happened to anybody else and is there a way I can fix it please?

I use Google calendar and have just checked before typing this reply and have been able to edit OK. 

With google mail dont you just post the letter in the slot under your coffee cup holder.

Do you get any error message or does nothing happen at all..

Yes, but the trouble with that is, the coffee keeps spilling when the draw tries to go in and out.

It seems to have corrected itself now - and from what I read on the web, quite a common problem.  But no, no message, just a little loading sign in the top corner and no action.
