Has the memory stick been formated?
A lot of the time memory sticks become corrupted and need formating.

I usually use my phone an external hard drive and use bluetooth to transfer the pictures in Tesco.

AS far as i know that programe saves the pics as a jpeg, that should work fine in Asda.

As I understand it (from postings as I do not use Picassa), Picassa is a listing software and you need to go to the actual folder where the .jpeg files are stored to copy them. My .jpeg's are stored on an external HDD, organised with my own method of indexing.

I would re size the photo to 600 x 800 that way they are not to big for the mug and the size of transfer file is down from Mb to Kb.

Got them back now to put some tread on them

Larkshall is completely correct - I expect your pics are in your "My Pictures" folder...
If you are in any doubt you can right click on an image and it says something like "locate in Explorer" or "Locate on disk"
