Rain all morning
Followed by snow showers
Followed by more rain
Followed by more snow
With icey winds blowing.

Overcast and cold in Birmingham. The remaining snow has been melting, but very slowly.

Mortality

Rain in Devon all day mostly. ::)
Please don't be offended by my nickname 'Mortality'
As to its history it was the name of a character I played in an online game called 'Everquest'
The character 'Mortality Rate' was a female Dark Elf Necromancer, the name seemed apt at the time and has been used alot by me over the years.

Digeroo

Cold with the odd flurry of snow.  I'm bored with cold weather.

cornykev

Cold and dry for most of the day
Then two o clock came and so did the snow/sleet

Snow started about 4pm  in wigan ( I know where the h**l is wigan ... between Manchester & Liverpool ) 24th feb 2010   forcast said snowyish  ??? early hours

anyway  it stopped soon after so maybe it will start again  due to wind the snow   or some of it was going sideways    looked weird

Robert_Brenchley

It started an hour or two before that here, but it seems to have stopped now. Otherwise it's just cold and overcast. Metcheck have examined the entrails of another sheep, and now say it's going to warm up from tomorrow. The auguries keep changing though; the way they're going, the next sacrifice won't even have a liver.

Ishard

Still snowing in Melton Mowbray and looks like its here for the night.

It would be just my luck to wake up tomorrow when we have to travel 90 miles north for a meeting to not be able to get off the drive lmao

It's been a lot milder here, almost like March weather. I managed to plant oca, Chinese artichokes and tuberous peas, so that's a start.

Carol

Snow, snow, snow till about 2pm then fog.

:'( :'(

cjb02

fog this morning and wet all day. a light dusting of snow last night but melted by lunch

Mortality

Grey all day in Devon and when I wanted to try to rearranging stuff in the garden and put some seedlings in the mini greenhouse it started to rain. So thats for tomorrow if possible.

On the good side my radishes have germinated in the garden  ;D

Well today in South East Essex started off promising. :) About 12 I went over the cemetery- mum's anniversary- and it was still pleasant. Ground over there like a paddy field  :( Grave diggers were in trouble trying to prepare a grave. By the time I got home around1.30 it was persisting again. Surely we won't be threatened with standpipes this year even if it doesn't rain between May and September! ???

Robert_Brenchley

Mild and drizzly in Birmingham.
