Hi Guys
My neice Carrie-Ann was in a car accident on sunday afternoon, she is now in a critical condition fighting for her life-she is 16 years old.
She has burns, broken pelvis, 9 broken ribs, internal damage and the list goes on.
I just wanted to put something on here incase any of you wanted to say a prayer for us.

Thanks guys just reading your messages has sent me to tears again!
she is having an mMRI scan as we speak to determin the damage to her spine and neck, she has a shattred pelvis which they know about but as she is so bad they haven't been able to see the other damage because she is on full life support. her neck is so severley burnt they are worried that the tendons and ligaments have been damaged, it is a risk for her to have the MRI but it is a rick for her not to have it, so everyone is just waiting to hear how it went.
i will keep you posted.
Much love to you all

Take time to stop and smell the flowers.

If positive thinking can be transmitted through the ether, then your niece has got all that can be sent, and her family too.
We too once had that dreadful phone call, to say our eldest had been involved in a car accident, so we do know what it is like and what they are going through.
Like with our son all one can do is wait and hope. For him it turned out OK, hope it does for them too.

she was too poorly to have the MRI  :'(
i guess she will be like this for quite a while yet, but every minute she is still here is a miracle.

What a worrying time for you all - frightening how quickly life can be turned upside down.  Sincere wishes to all concerned, Jemma.

If tears are prayers, she has them from here. Can barely see the screen.
