well a memorable christmas movie for me was when I managed to get in to see Emmanuelle at the Odeon in Aberdeen at Xmas 1974, when I was 15. They were queuing round the block  :o

I also saw Emmanuelle 2 but can't remember a thing about it except my maths teacher and his wife were also there (in the cinema, not the film). I won't say anything if you don't say anything  :D

I've had some lovely Christmases, and some pretty dire ones too when we had a run of Flu at Christmas and my OH swore that the next one he was booking us all into a Sanitorium.....but I'm really looking forward to this Christmas in America. Big tree, lots of prezzies under, excellent food and drink,  and a Grand who still believes in Santa. Magic! Oops almost forgot...Miracle on 34th Street. Gotta be. 8)

Home Alone - just the best-and Miracle on 34th Street, Elf (with Dudley Moore not the other guy) and of course-It's a Wonderful Life. Oh and The Santa Claus. Love it!
Don't throw paper away. There is no away.

this film scared the living daylights out of me when I saw it at the cinema. The bit at the end when Danny Kaye aka HCL is dying and all his creatures look in the window.......aaargh
