just bought a sandwich from asda, had to go to the car showroom so needed something to take pills with..so, bought a ploughmans..2 slices of granary bread with a slice of cheese, winter salad, pickle, cuc and tomato..go on, have a guess then scroll down












638 calories  :o :o :o
no wonder it's difficult to lose weight  ;D

And no wonder folk do put on weight.  You think you are eating a healthy snack.  What gets on my nerves is I do not like mayonnaise or pickle or yogurt or whatever on a sandwich, but you cannot buy just a plain ham sandwich and tomato without something smothering it.

don't eat on the go mostly, for that reason  :)

Cheese would have been a large % of the calories.   Chicken would be fewer.
