Allotments 4 All

Cold, wet and windy, to think the kids were in next doors swimming pool 3 days ago.   ???     ;D ;D ;D

 :) very cold and windy,.... but we do need rain... the trees are showing the first sign of Autumn / shades x

Overcast, a bit autumnal. Nice digging weather, if I was only in a fit state to give it a day, or even half a day.

Dull in Notts

Very hot and humid, nice when the Sun  8) comes out.     ;D ;D ;D

Went to the allotment with my winter coat on, and cardigan.  After digging for about 5 minutes got too hot.  Very hot and humid here, did some watering instead and some weeding sitting down.

Very cold here, dropped to 8 c last night, brrrrr. its about 22c now, sunny and bright but still a cold wind,.
Looks like the runners didn't like that cold last night, looking very sad as are the last of the tomatoes.
Gerry is looking for trouble, he is cleaning windows, it's a once in a blue moon job,,,, ;-))))) and I am making 5 loaves of bread,,,,,,

Beautiful day here in Harrow! I spent a couple of hours on the plot digging and weeding, turning up tasty wriggling morsels for this robin.

smoke  blown all over me

starting to clear up now for winter

Another lovely day in sunny Enfield, glad I am not stuck in an office typing. Just got back from the sunny allotment.  Didn't need to wear my fleece.  ;D ;D ;D

Another great day.  That is four weeks or more without rain.

We finally got a bit of rain today, but not enough to make much difference to the soil. Forecast is grey tomorrow then sun again for the rest of the week.
