Many, many thanks to you all for my Birthday wishes, and the nice ECards I have received. I have been laid quite low for nearly all this week with a nasty flu like cold (felt my age lol) but found I was better out in the garden than just sitting indoors. I am now 100% better and looking forward to a little celebration. On 26th Sept I am off to Spain with young Lorna for a weeks all inclusive holiday. It is my Birthday present from young Lorna.

Thanks again everyone. Has been an unusually quiet birthday, unfortunately 2 of the children couldn't make it today, one is not well and the other one has such busy weekends, it just happened that her son had a football match and her youngest daughter had a party to go to but she is coming tomorrow. However spent a nice time with son and daughter in law and also young Lorna. Real lazy day, spent some time having a long reading session and getting calls from family down south.

Ha Ha Mary, mind you I do celebrate every day for the fact that my family are all around me (No Mary not always with the Brandy lol). My one and only son told me yesterday he hopes he is like me when he is 75, I think I frightened him when I said "I will live until I am 90 just like my old Mum" His answer was "Blimey, I will be an OAP!!" It's a great life.
