here we go again!! 3 varieties, Gardeners delight, Marmande and Whippersnapper. all own saved seed. watered with seaweed solution in heated propagator, inside mini greenhouse, inside unheated greenhouse.

I haven't sown any tomatoes this year yet. I might sow some tomato, along with a more more varieties of chillies. I did sow a couple of seeds as an experiment in Nov in our conservatory. These are a dwarf bush variety. I just potted the best one up today and it's doing well. This was an experiment after seeing an article about sowing in Nov in a heated greenhouse.

I just had to Google for Whippersnapper Tomato  ;D they look delish  ;D

We now have only one room in the house where you don't need HWBs. The Kitchen with the AGA!!

Phew!  Mine look about that size; was wondering if they were having problems.  Feel better now. 8)

Sowed some Tamina, Tumbling Toms and Lidl today. They now reside in the airing cupboard until signs of life appear. I meant to sow some last month to see if they would 'catch up', but didn't get organised in time. Also sowed some saved chili and sweet peppers today and they're keeping the tomato seeds company. I bought some chili seed last year and got 8 seed in the packet, only four of which germinated. The plants grew to about six inches high and refused to grow any more? Then the Peach Potato Aphid appeared and I threw the plants out. Better luck this year  ::)

Only just sowed mine at the weekend, Sungold, Shirley and Juliet which I have grown every year. This year I'm also trying Lemon Tree, Olivade and Principe Borghese

6 black cherry , 6 marmande,6 Roma, 6 moneypenny for the family as there always want them i prefer the other varities all in 4inch pots in the cold greenhouse doing well average day temp 13-14 degrees at the moment  candle burning at night to take the edge off

Half of mine are germinating now, the other half went in yesterday  :) :) :) :)

your very welcome, i think they will be better suited to a greenhouse enviro, i don't grow my toms in the greenhouse and was following the packets instructions on the ability to be grown outdoors and as i am in Kent i figured they would perform OK but the weather last year may have also affected their performance.

Your buckits don't look very big Tone. We use the asda ones and from your pics they are much bigger than yours. I dare'nt give them to ower Tone yet cos they would be drowned in the asda ones. My job is finished once I have done the babbying of em
