I think it's a "Consipiracy Theory" of allotment holders ....... becasue it's all about plots and occasionally you have to cover them up..... ;D

How about "an addiction" of plotholders? ;D

How about

1) a seclusion of allotment holders (because we all seem to be locked away from the rest of society?) 8)

2) a scavenge of allotment holders (because we all tend to use something that others have thrown away) ;D

3) a vegetation of allotment holders (because we all grow vegetables?) :o
