Allotments 4 All

Thank you so much to all of you that participated in making John and I the sweet blankies,they are tucked up ready to go as carry on luggage.

It was quite the surprise when I opened the parcel today, of course getting unexpected parcels always is a thrill, but to think of you all out there working on this together for us made us both drop a tear or two.

Thank you all again,( here come the tears) I don't know what to say!!

Thank you all once more. I paid for flights finally today. We are leaving on the 13th April which is Easter Monday and purely by chance is our 50th wedding anniversary. Our best friends who we love very much are keeping their Easter famiy dinner and making it a anniversary for us too for that day so we will surrounded by about 100 mutual friends and family  when we get there. Oh I shall have to watch the jet lag!!

We are taking a taxi from Hull to Heathrow so know messing. and so not long to go now.

I will stay in touch to the last minute/

Lish thank you so much for pointing me inthat direction, I ma so far behind with all the posts that I am missing many.

Gordonsveg, yes we are going home , but you won't miss me, I shall be back on the forum with FULL FORCE when I ma settled and not sppending so much time packing etc, and think of all the useful stuff I can ship over to you all, I ma getting a list!!

Spinach, corn  and some toms already requested.. I shall not forget. I think one of my first visits will be to my pal who owns a seed company and she doesn't sell anything else.

It will good to be able to buy seeds again, even to send to the UK , I am having withdrawal symptoms at the moment.
