Ooh, have you missed all the excitement? Matt has been arrested for fraud,he's told Tom he's withdrawing his offer to buy Brian out, but hasn't told him why. Brenda is now wracked with guilt but hasn't confessed to Tom yet that she did a deal with Matt!
