Allotments 4 All

Early one morning I went out on the back deck with my coffee ...end of the deck I saw a little bambi. We both stopped and looked at each other. Then its eyes widened, I swear its jaw dropped, and it stared over my shoulder. I turned round. And there was the black cat Roadie (otherwise known as 'Killer') trotting along, tail in the air, pleased as punch, with a bloomin' full-sized squirrel in its mouth, front end limply to the left, back end to the right. How the  hell he managed to catch it, I don't know :o....btw squirrels act dead when they're caught I found out......squirrel much alive & ran off when it was dropped.

LOL must have been quite a sight ;D

Oh it was....where's a camera when you need one?

I often wondered what my  dogs would do if they ever caught a squiggle. Now that really would confuse them ;D ;D ;D

Ah, you had two good sightings in one! That cat must be a good mouser if he could catch a squirrel. Aren't the little deer such precious animals?
