Oh forgot about you i'm taking two of you on. ;D Hows things you ok?

RobinOfTheHood

Not bad here, was given an identical 6 x 8 g/house to the one I have, so the job for late winter/early spring is to join the two and face it north/south.

And to recover the poly house.

Like the look of GTG's tho.

You?

Really looking forward to this year got 4 raised beds completed last year so they are all weeded and ready to go. Also got a greenhouse to put up another 8x6 planning to put it along side our existing and use it for germinating and  potting on and growing chillis. Whats the advantage of joining two together?Have you tried mills for your spuds and onion sets? the've a really good selection this year. Do you know gtg44?

RobinOfTheHood

Didn't know Mills did sets or seed spuds, will have a look on Saturday.

The advantage of joining them is more volume/less surface area (or one less cold wall per house, if you want to look at it that way), meaning it should stay warmer. Oh, and one less door to open in the mornings!
I think I'm going to have one (16') side slabbed, to put staging on, and the other into soil for the toms. Does that make sense?

I haven't met GTG44 yet, may find that I know him when I see him.   :)
