When it says Milk + Water, one assumes  Whole Milk.

What if you only have Semi-skinmmed?

If It were me I would  just use skimmed milk Tim. Should think that would work out the same as milk and water
When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Mrs Ava

Being an egg free house Tim, and one that only drinks skimmed and semi, we only use semi.  I have never added water to pancake batter and we have pancakes most weekends.  ;D

We always use semi-skimmed Tim.  Add water when it's Yorkshire pudding batter (same thing with water/milk mix and salt in it).

Are you doing "big" pancakes or "little" (american style) ones?  We always have to ask the kids which they want!

The nicest pancakes I ever made were when I had ran out of milk. I used marvel dried milk & they were really light.

We use 3/4 semi-skimmed milk and 1/4 water.  All ingredients weights and measures for this recipe are 'guestimated'.   ;D ;D

Right, so it's

Whole + Water (Delia?)
or
Skimmed
or
Semi
or
Semi + Water

Great to have a choice!! But since we only - normally - have Semi, I'll stick to that.

Size 8cm-ish - in batches for the freezer.

Something like this.  But more in focus!!
