Allotments 4 All

I think we did something like this last year and I've been asked by someone if I'd mind kicking it off again this year.

So come on posters old and new, here's your chance to let your hair down and have a bit of fun. 

The juke box is loaded with your favourite tunes, there's food and drink to suit every taste and best of all no-one will know if you make a fool of yourself.   

So let's dance on the tables, play a few games and make merry.  Fancy dress is optional.

I'm on my third glass of mulled wine and feeling rather merry and there is a definate glow to my cheeks.   :o

Hi girls did someone say party, Georgie stick a bit of culture club on the juke box, EJ get us another Stella theres a good girl, I've got my leopard skin thong  :o and matching wellies on, right which of you two lovelies is having the pleasure of the first dance.  :P    ;D ;D ;D

I was at a loose end tonight, but as Kev has started 'dad dancing' I will give it a miss until he passes out.

Got me sequins on and the heels.

Sorry I've been so long.  There was a problem with the hot tub (too many folk in it at once - you know who you are), then the bloke with the non-scary fireworks arrived and wanted to know where to put his large rocket and to cap it all Betula got her stiletto heel stuck in the wood panelling high kicking to come on eileen but that's all sorted now. 

Can someone lend Kev a coat or a blanket or summat as he looks a bit blue to me.  Oh and I wouldn't mind another glass of bubbly.  Then we can start the party games.   :)

Will someone get the cold box in the hall? I have rustled up a few things to nibble, most are recipes from my hero, Letitia Cropley. Some of you may have seen her in The Vicar of Dibley?

There are chocolate spread sarnies (with a hint of taramasalata) and a few savoury munchies. Mint and escargot dip, a herb bread with nettles, lemon balm and a touch of squid ink...

I am sure they will all go down a treat!

Sorry I'm late folks - had a disaster with my home made rollmop quiche and had to nip to Iceland for some snacks. Now, I'm not usually a fan of chilled party food but I must say my nibbles are outstanding.

Anyone seen my glass? - well, fill it up then and off we go!!!
