I am so tired  ;D have finished cleaning (the house was very very dirty >:( how do people live in filth  ???) and have glossed all of the up stares apart from the boys bedroom as I have not gotten round to striping the wallpaper off yet. getting my fridge freezer and couch and bed all delivered tomorrow morning (hope they all don't come at the same time :-\) and am then going carpet shopping ;D

I hope you'll be very happy in your new home Trinity.

Look on the bright side, if you'd got the keys in summer, you'd have to choose between cleaning and decorating and the lottie.  No contest!

Yes, perfect timing! Gives you a few months to get the garden straightened out. I'm making slow progress on mine - though I'm all too aware that it'll suddenly be the spring and I won't be ready! :-D
Got loads of flower bulbs starting off in pots and trays though, till I decide where to put them, so I'm hoping it will be a riot of daffodils in February. You can buy large bags of daff bulbs very cheap at the moment, Trinity! :-D
