I'm an expert compost maker. How much do I get to demonstrate the Moriati method?

I thought someone was earning a living going round the country demonstrating compost making.

She does, works for WRAP (Waste and Resources Action Programme) www.wrap.org.uk don't know who pays her wages but we don't...  :-\

As WRAP is government funded I think we tax payers  do pay her wages - but I'm sure she's worth it .....

Back to toms for a minute  ;D urbikany does very well for me. Yields are very good but they can be an odd shape. This year I picked a load while they were still green and I'm still eating them now as they ripen. Mine came from Realseeds. Tigerella would be my second choice, but you said one, didn't you?

It does have a serious sprawling habit and the taste isn't the best but Urbikany have been an early and steady producer throughout the season for me for the last two years.

I'm torn between Tigerella and its parent Ailsa Craig.

I think on balance I'd choose Tigerella.  Not quite such a good flavour as AC for my taste, but heavier cropping and more reliable.

For an easy to look after tom and tasty don,t think you can beat tumbler .
I only know one place that stocks them now though , google Nickys seeds .
when big enough stick them in a hanging basket feed and water , thats it .

Golden Sunrise for me closely followed by Tigerella, i love the Tigerella taste but find the skin a bit tough. Going to try a new one this year so watching this thread.

There's so many replies saying Tigerella.

Actually this is one of the tomatoes which I have grown for the last couple of years, but like Northener I find the skin a little tough, and Melbourne12 also mentions Ailsa Craig, but I find the same with this too.

Any recommendations for a tomato with a thin skin?

I always grow sungold, find it produces loads of fruit right thru the season. Am trying 100's&1000's this year

I tried these this year and would only say try it if you like really thick skinned and tasteless toms [ worst small tom I have tried ]
For small toms I have not found one better than tumberler
from Nick's seeds   :)

Anyone else? 1204 people have looked, surely there must be some other idea's?

Sorry, I have not posted my suggestions yet; because I was waiting for usual boring junk varieties to be suggested, before posting my suggestions.
The only exception posted so far is sungold.
