I really wish I'd not bought such a small tunnel. There is just not enough room for anything.

we upgraded from 20' to 30' when we had to move ours, best thing we've done, and we still haven't got room  ;D
hopefully, the 9 people who are sharing the communal one feel it was worth all the challenges getting it up  ;D ;D
looking good though  :)

Its loads bigger than the one I aint got! No matter how much room you have, you always need more, I work in a nursery with 6 glasshouses and 2 huge polytunnels. My boss is at her wits end to get things sold as she has no room!

I asked her to spare a thought for me next time she said that

I got this one from a lovely A4A member, its fabulous. I dont have room for anything bigger. But I sure run out of room fast!!

Your produce is a credit to you.........its all looking great :D
I was born with nothing and have most of it left.

This time of year, nothing is big enough and there is never enough room.

Looks brilliant but the cane tops look look close to the cover. How tough are the covers?

If in doubt put a plastic pop bottle on the top, upside down of course!
Looks great Eristic...
;D

Why don't they make large square pots?? The round waste space.

But looks to me like you are growing plenty under that tunnel!

Star, you still have loads of picnic table space. What's with that? ;)
The handle on your recliner does not qualify as an exercise machine.

That looks like a great idea, forget the individual pots
Will these plants stay where they are the whole growing season or will you move the boxes outside?

the plants stay in the beds all season, don't have to worry about watering the same as pots  :)

We do actually have square pots if required but there is no gain. As the various plants are now maturing a reasonable amount of space is required between each pot to allow the foliage to spread.

I've had a quick count this evening and there are 34 tomato plants, 11 sweet potato, 6 melons, 48 mixed peppers, 7 aubergines, 25 ocra, 2 courgettes, 15 oca and a large number of basil. That's without counting all the various flowers, cuttings, seed pots etc. All in all pretty full. I still want to know how everyone else keeps theirs so tidy though.

Mine is anything but tidy... lost the cover and haven't got a replacement yet. Was sidetracked by buying an 8'x10' greenhouse. The wind like today loves to scatter all the stored pots and trays...  :-X

manicscousers

don't take pictures of the untidy/weedy parts  ;D

September update:

Even less room now. Sweet potatoes rule but an ornamental gourd has managed to run nearly the full length of the tunnel without setting a single fruit.

Wow...........do you carry a machete with you at all times?

Looking good........still ;D
