Hello people, I have a boysenberry bush, and would like to take cuttings off it, can anyone tell me if there is a best time of year to do this? The stems it is throwing out appear to be soft and fragile, and look like they will die if I snip them. Thanks, Piggy

If you peg one down into a bucket of compost it should root quite freely... when you see new growth or have a firkle in about a month and check... if roots are present then cut from parent..  ;D

great i was just wondering about how to move my boysenberry without taking the couch grass with me so taking some cuttings in clean soil is a great idea :)
