Happy growing Rainbow ;)
I was born with nothing and have most of it left.

Looks good preparation of the ground there.  Time well spent for next years crop.

Wow! What a great job. Plot looks really good, well done you!

Rainbow

Thanks Katynewbie but unfortunately I cant take much credit for the hard work as the OH has done most of the hard work (and will I ever hear the last of it? I dont think so!!!!!!!!) I have spent most of the day trying to stop the 2year old running riot over nextdoors plot with his mini tools.
One piece of excellent advice I got from A4A was to use a mattock to clear the ground and god has it made a difference. It takes half the time of a spade and fork!

That looks amazing! If i can get my plot looking half that good I'll be over the moon.  Agree with you about the mattock, even I can use one with decent results  ::)

Mr Smith

Well done was in the same position myself last year, are you digging out tiers? with it being on a slope :)

Rainbow

The terraces were there already - not very obvious from the original photos - but we have sharpened them up as they were slopes and as it is only 4.5m x 12.5m approx we need as much room as possible.
