Allotments 4 All

Is it true that westminster doesn't have ANY allotments? I am sure I saw some under the Westway. Anyone know?

A plot neighbour on my site lives in Westminster and he says there are none.  I searched the council website and can't find any mention of allotments.  I also vaguely seem to remember that inner London boroughs are exmpt from the statutory requirement to provide allotments if residents want them?

Might be worth trying nearby e.g.Fulham (Hammersmith)  or Greenwich?
