So tell me about kelp additives- do they really help?

or is this just another snake oil gardeners trick?  The ad had some amazing claims just like the autumn gold raspberry claim I fell prey to.

can't help with kelp additives but (being nosey) what was the rasp claim?!?

we use seaweed feed, use on all the plants every now and again, bob flowerdew tip.. :)

Have always used Seaweed - either fresh, in Jersey - or as a foliar feed.

Yes, like Manics and Tim, I use it as a foliar feed as and when needed.

The rasp. was supposed to be really sweet. Was not.
