Hi sweetie, well I am fine, still hobbling a bit but much better than I expected.

Going to the hospital tomorrow to finally get the spine injections that were cancelled  in August cos the Dr went off sick,(he came back in January) I am not looking forward to it much but if it works it will be great.

Hope you  are well now  and got over your nasties too.

We gotta get better, got some serious growing to do!!

Hope things went ok at the hospital today
