Allotments 4 All

Just been speaking to the chap who ran Giftsthatgrow - online selling soft fruits, vines and fruit trees in pots (so you could buy them all year round) -  he's had so much trouble with courier firms that he's having a closing down sale on 8th-9th December.

Not too sure what the prices will be like (which is why this isn't in the bargains forum).  Because of growing in pots, he wasn't usually as cheap as those who provide bare rooted plants (but if you're impatient for a crop it gives you a faster start) and obviously you'll have to collect - but if you are looking for something it may well be worth giving him a call. We've been very happy with the fruit trees (apples and pears) and raspberries we've had from him.

I've just been on the website - there's a notice about the couriers, but unfortunately all other information has been removed - so you can't browse what's in stock - and there's no address or map either. Shame, really, as its not too far away.    :'(
