Jeannine

Hi, apologies for being absent for a while, very tired , have just made it through to last day of term and am flat exhausted.

I have a few things to post post out which I have not forgotten about, they have just slipped to the bottom of the list. I also have a few messages to answer.

In the meantime a quick thank you to the two super folks who sent me bean seeds, they have arrived, I will contact you personally.

Bear with me please, I just need a real good sleep I think.

Talk to you all soon,

Love from Jeannine

Welcome back, Jeannine!  :) :)  Once you've rested don't try to do too much at once, otherwise you'll be kn*ckered again!  I think a lot of people are feeling like you at the moment, and not just because it's the end of the school year.

Bless you jeannine, do make sure you have a good (and well deserved  ;) ) rest before worrying about everyone else  :-*

Take care and look forward to having you around more often  ;D
Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened

I'm all cried out and knackered too  ::)  ;D

I'm off to Turkey next week for 3 glorious weeks  ;D  8) can't wait!

Good to hear from you, Jeannien- we were getting worried! End of term is exhausting at the beat of times, without all the extra trauma you've had. Take some time for yourself, even if i's only a few days!

We finished last week Jeannine... I'm beginning to feel human again, but OH would say it's just a bad impression...
:-X

Jeannine, you do not have to apologise for not being on the site, we all disappear from time to time to recharge our batteries or other things crop up.   So just be around when you can. Have a nice summer holiday. that goes for you all . Cheers Rosebud. ;D ;D

.....and I've just spent 4 riotous days with Rosebud and Lorna. I'm going to lie down again in a darkened room - and I may be some time ::)

;D

Jeannine

Thanks all, I have had 2 good nights sleep and am starting to feel less overwhelmed now, it will be a working holiday no doubt due to all the damage at school but not all day every day.

I actually got so that I couldn't see straight I was so tired. It is  silly to push to that degree but with the school, the lottie, the house which is stripped for building and decorating that came to a sudden stop, and then the voluntary work I do for a crisis centre which had trebled due to the flooding I guess I was expecting to much for my old bod and hed to cope with!!!

Anyway hed back on, bod catching up now.

I have no carpets on the stairs, landing or hallway, the bathroom is stripped down to the bare walls and floor, the dining room walls are stripped, 3 doors have been chucked out and all the skirting boards have been pulled off. So I feel as though I have been flood damaged too, but it is just refurbishing that came to a sudden stop.

Oh well, I shall have to look forward to being finished by Christmas now instead of summer!!

Jeannine, I'm exhausted just reading that post! Do take it easy, won't you, or you'll be no use to the kids come September!

grawrc

Oh my Jeannine! How do you cope? And that after swapping over rooms and all the other stuff you do!

Hot_Potato

oh Jeannine - no wonder you feel so tired! :o

a big but gentle hug from me.....wanted to send you a picture but still can't! :'(    facility still not there :(

Lucky for you to have finished already - have THREE more days to go, and can't wait.   Do dread this time of yr when the yr2 leave to go to the Junior school - and the YR6 leave to the secondary school, which seems ever so grown up.  Sad but happy times - but would not do anything else!
Have a well deserved rest - recharge the batteries - all of you.
