I was thinking the other day I hadn't heard anything on the news yet but I knew before lomg the scum would float to the surface.  (no pun intended) >:( >:( >:(

sorry for everyone whos having such a difficult time hope the rain bu**ers off t the sea where it can cause no more problems..everyone, take care..
I know it's twee but, if there's anything we can do, let us know ..if it's physically possible, we'll be there,
also, is there any sort of fund being set up for the victims, I know how it is not to have insurance, when the kids were small, that was the last thing we thought about, after food and clothes  :)

yes..there is a fund being set up by doncaster council.........havent got the details but could get them if anyones interested.
wilko..............you were a brave person taking the photos.......i know that area well as i fish around there.
lets just hope the rain that is falling as i type this is not going to add to the misery of our neighbors over bently way eh!

no tim...................thats the river about to come over the barriers.........the normal level is a good 8 foot below that!
thats what i meant about wilko being brave............if it had have come over........he/she would have been in serious trouble!

It came over the flood barrier later that night, all the surrounding fields were like lakes  :(

I'm not brave MM........there were lots of police and fire crews there as well

I had to get the photo............as I hope to God it something I'll never see again  ;)
