Can you believe that my mint has all but dissappeared? I have to own up and say that it was in an area that has been overtaken by flowerpots etc.
Serves me right for not looking after it.
Marjoram,French tarragon and oregano (my favourite herb) fairing considerably better but not looking as smart as yours Tim!
Smile, it confuses people.

Tulipa

Emagggie

WOW I'm jealous Tim. Mine has disappeared too Maggie and Tulippa!!  :'( Perhaps we should start a thread entitled - Where has all the mint gone??!!  ;D

tim

I'm not proud of it - this is despite cutting back so that we have continuity & not all going to seed at once.

SueSteve

And mine has disappeared!! That makes 4 of us!

Still in the plot   36 Leeks, 1x rows parsnips, 2x  rows chard, psb, broccoli, 5 rows garlic, 1 row swede, lots of onions - started in rows, but the birds had them and now they are random!!

OllieC

My Catmint that's been fine for 4 or 5 years has vanished too - it was everywhere last year...

pye

Tim, ours is rampant.

On GW last night Sarah Raven said to cut it back to two inches mid June. I've never done this before, is it a good idea? All I normally do is chop it all off in the winter.
You been goofin' with the bees?

OliveOil

I threw out a plant of mint into old newpaper recycling tub... and repotted the new mint... anyway the old mint is going like hell despite no water or soil!
