Allotments 4 All

Hello!

I'm Astrogirl72 and have been coming here for a couple of weeks to read but now I want to join in.  I don't have an allotment but I do have a large balcony where I grow flowers and veg.  I'm in the South East and looking forward to getting to know all of you.

You speak for yerself kitten were ok it's all the others. Welcome to the site Astro and don't forget the pics of you plants. I just hope that you are not the girl from grow your own with Carol Klein who grew stuff on the balcony cos my Tony couldn't take his eyes off her. lol

Hi Astrogirl and welcome. I used to grow veg in pots too. It's amazing what will grow isn't it?  ;D

It's OK Shirlton, I'm not 'that' girl, although I turn a few heads in my own way  ;)

MrsKP, I live in Thamesmead and have a balcony which is roughly 20ft by 13ft overlooking Southmere Lake.

Is that the lake where the nightclub is ? 

You'll get stacks on that balcony, but you don't expect to sit out there as well do you ?   :P

Grrr - Nightclub, that'll be the place which interupts my sleep on a regular basis. 

As for sitting, what's that?  I haven't been able to keep still all year.  Apparently the enjoyment of my balcony will take training  ;)

We saw the 3 Tops there once.  They used to be 4 but there was only 3 of them by the time they got there.
