I noticed the FIRST RIPE STRAWBERRY  :) on my plot yesterday.
And of course I couldn't resist it   ;) ;D.

<Jealous> Ours are in flower, but the fruit are still very tiny </Jealous>

Mind you, the plants are looking very healthy.  We lost one at the end of the bed when a tree branch fell on it during a storm, but it could have been a lot worse. :)

I am picking mine from the glasshouse since yesterday,a real taste of Summer. Of course the birds have already found their way in through the ventilation.

mine are still green and varying sizes i know its very selfish but i hope they dont ripen just as the step children arrive to stay i want them all for me ha ha my parrot is very partial to them too !!!
