What sort of carrots are they?

Thanks. They taste lovely!!!! Carrots are Amsterdam Forcing. (If you look carefully, you can see where they hit the base of the trough & started to curl over!.) Lettuce is Winter Density.

Just off to the plot to pick some more (and some Broad Beans!).

(I think I'm more pleased to have sorted out the picture bit at last!)

very nice and carrots so early in the year, lucky you! I haven't even sown mine yet. I grow winter density lettuce too, it's nice :)

Sown January 15th; pricked out February 25th; but - would you believe it - I didn't write down when they were planted!!! Guess at mid-March I've got a feeling my assistant gardener did that bit & didn't write up her diary! Oops!

Carrots went in January 14th.
