Lovely indeed!  The pattern on the bottom left is brill!  Very clever mum!

My fave pressies were... a mini herb gardening kit from secret santa at work (not so mini though, it weighs a ton!), a pasta machine from the 'rents, a new hairdryer (last one blew up), and some new speakers so now I can play my music REALLY LOUD!!!!   8)   ;D :o   ::)
Thank you to all who donated to the Moonlight Half Marathon Walk in aid of St Catherine's Hospice - my mum and I raised just over £300!!!    ............     Thanks!  :-)

It is a tough call - broadband for my computer from my hubby (bless his heart- he finally gave in to all the pestering!), a set of 3 ceramic mixing bowls which will see me out, (hopefully) and a pasta machine.  I am getting back into the cooking from scratch thing - as you might be able to tell!  Oh, and a potting station for the greenhouse.  LOVELY! ;D
Kind Regards,

In awe about that quilt!  The patterns so beg to have a finger tracing over them, and the colours are so restful...  No need to wish you sweet dreams, Emma, is there?  ;D

As for my prezzies, nothing half so splendid but very useful nonetheless...

a waterproof watch (so it won't matter when I dip my arm in to the waterbutt halfway to the elbow!)

a memory key so I can keep my computer files more safely

and money for a wheelbarrow -- hurrah!  ;D

I remember having a patchwork quilt over 25yrs ago as a kid. They are rare in shops now but by god they are expensive! Last ages though. :D

Oh, and these... self bought though, do they still count?
Sonic the Hedgehog Mega Collections (no, i'm not 12 years old, but OMG it is fab!  Use to play it on my brothers megadrive years ago, spotted the CD to play on the PC and I'm addicted!)... as I am to...
Theme Hospital - again, used to have it years ago, and couldn't resist it.  Not normally a "gamer" but now I've given myself square eyes!

Crickett - have you used a pasta machine before?  It will be my first attempt with my new spangly gadget!

money for two fruit trees, hand blender as mine had died, warm white fur boot slippers off my thoughtful daughter, don't know what of eldest son, couldn't make the day so coming later, jamas, warm jumpers, getting a trend here, do they know it's going to get colder ?  ;D

Such a beautiful quilt EJ - your mum is very talented! Such lovely colour combinations.

My favourite chrissy present is a crochet book which has the pattern for this gorgeous jacket:

Which I am going to try to make some time soon  :)
Lottie-less until I can afford a house with it's own garden.

Emma that quilt is so beautiful.

EJ your quilt is amazing - it must have taken you mum ages n ages & such skill.

PS PAsta machines are great & easy to use it's making the dough I find a real bu**er, the recipe which came with mine was impossible but I've since tried different ones & usually use Rick Stein's which uses 4 eggs I think.

Am now the proud owner of a very large PINK weeding bucket, and a new Pink kneeler!  Easy to spot in the undergrowth. :)
