I can reveal that photo no. 7 was mine. Anyone care to guess where it was taken?

Looks like Polperro GC, although I may be wrong.  You might have recognised my one as you come from that part of the country, it was the last one, no votes though :'(, the beautiful Blue Pool in Dorset.  Sadly it has lost some of its charm due to the summer drought :(
Happy gardening all...........Pat

No not Polperro, Pat. You will have to keep guessing. I will give you all a clue, its quite a well known (well I think so at least) old fishing village in devon. Had a day trip down that way during a weeks holiday back in September.

Blue Pool? No I am afraid I have never been there so didnt recognise your photo. Sorry. Looks nice, might be worth a visit next summer. Where else did you go when you came down this way then Pat?

How about Clovelly then Richard ;D  I always get the two muddled up.

Thats it, Spot on! :-)

Lovely place. Heck of a climb up and down the hill, but well worth it.

Well GC I can reveal that I voted for your picture. I didn't know where it was, although I was thinking Devon/Cornwall, but it encapsulated for me something intrinsically charming and British that reminded me of many happy childhood (and later)holidays. Thanks!

Ducksfeet,

a wonderful photograph. I used to specialise in these type of shots. Ah, it's brilliant. Well done. What IS that black thing in the foreground, btw?

tilts

Well done, great picture! Great idea!  I work in the Logistics Dept of a TriService base and see many of those boots ~ none with marigolds, but wait till next year.
My photo was the compost, a spur of the minute decision, I trudge to the plots with my kitchen waste regularly, committed!!!
Tread softly or you'll tread on my dreams.....Yeats
