What a transformation.  Absolutely stunning.  You must feel really pleased with yourselves.  If that is what you can achieve in 6 months, by this time next year everything will be complete.

absolutely cracking LG.  it's amazing how quick it actually comes on when things start growing and filling it out.

cheers you three, SMP it was less than 6 months! started about feb! having a few weekends off now thou. and yes, we are proud, just a few teething problems. we got top soil and mixed it for raised beds in front of GH, far too sandy, dwarf beans are struggling, so next year, much more humus! we put the asparagus in between top raised bed and path, then realised we cant get to that side of bed very well!!!  :P  :-[ Also, the bark we put down round the beds camouflages the doggy doings very well!!!!!!  >:( and colin the dog likes to pee on the lavendar thats planted in the bark!!!!  :(

Oh well, its all a learning curve!

By the way KP, we wanted stepping stones and went to every place in our town but nobody had anything we liked or small enough, then the last place had the log ones, can you beleive they are concrete fake ones?! they look great! and will last longer and dont look fake i dont reckon! x

fooled me, i thought they were genuine stump slices. 8)

i keep walking round the garden and doing and redoing so understand the learning curve thing ...... but it's such great fun ....now if only the bees would find me.

Office window shots.   bit foggy this morning!   :o although forecast for later is 30c!!!!!




ignore the guinea pig run with its makeshift towel shade!!!!! and my pathetic hanging basket at front with my pathetic 'tumbling toms'! and the bit top right to run where OH has had enough this year and said that thats his 'wildlife/natural' part of garden - all still a work in progress!

now it all makes more sense ....... what a transformation.  i guess the oh is allowed a bit of a rest every now and then.   ;D

Gosh!  I'm full of admiration.  The whole garden looks wonderful, but your decking/pergola thingie looks really cool.
