Y'all have been brilliant with all my inexperience, so I have one more (for the minute) question about my babies. They're going fabulously, and their real leaves are starting to grow and open out a little. Can I pot them on yet, or should I wait until the leaves are out properly?? Impatience is going to get the better of me, I think...

hhhhmmm...well, I am as impatient as the next gardener, so I would probably pot them on.  ;D  Someone will now come along and say 'do, don't do it', but so long as you are careful and gentle and don't damage the roots, then I can see no reason why you can't get them on.   ;D

aquilegia

Just don't put the outside yet. brrr.
gone to pot :D

Speedy Gonzalez? I don't sow mine till mid/end of April!! = Tim

Mrs Ava

I must confess, sowed some yesterday.  This is restrained for me.  I normally have runners running by now!  Not even in the pot yet  :o

`Marry in haste, repent at leisure`. But sow a few now and again and you may get lucky ;D..

I think my views on pre-mature whatsit are well known by now.

Will now take off dirty old coat and wellies.

Stephan.

Am I really early?? I have no idea. I just wanted something growing. I'm going to give them their own pots on the weekend, all 3 of them, but definitely keeping them in yet.

Is it worth putting a couple more seeds in in a few weeks? I don't need a huge amount, as it's only me who eats the things, but I can give some away probably.

Tee hee! I can't wait! ;D
