I'm new as well and I've learned tons. The people here are friendly and quite willing to help. It's been fun learning and the notebook I keep is filling up. It's also been fun swapping seeds and learning about things I never would have thought of.

I'll admit the Beechgrove site isn't as shexy as maybe it could be, but i do enjoy watching the programme all the same :P

and the more you type the easier it becomes ....... so get typing  ;D

To my shame, I've only managed to get as far north as Aberdeen, and then only on one occasion since i've been north of the wall.  It's something i intend to put right before too long as there's so much beautiful countryside up here.
