I loved this picture!  Congratulations. ;D

I'm always curious to know about the history behind these photos?  Is photography another hopbby, was this just a great shot -right place right time.  Compact or SLR?  Did you use a macro?  - I'm scaring myself now.... :-\

Good point about the photo details. I usually send a bit of info about mine, camera film(Yes I still use film!) processing etc. If we had a bit of the feeling behind the photo they would all make a lot more sense. I'll try to get my act together for the Feb comp, I missed this one.

Congratulations from me too fbgrifter.  A great photo :)

No votes for me this month :'( - mine was the January jonquil (the one with the dark background)  I took the photo just as it was getting dusk which brought out the flowers nicely I thought.
Happy gardening all...........Pat

I write a monthly newsletter for our allotment holders here in Hayfield.  Every month I like to take a photo for the front page.  The cabbage was on the January edition.  I just wander around the plots and snap whatever takes my fancy.  I've been down today and taken some snowdrop and crocus pics.  I've never done any type of photography before....just holiday snaps and what not.  These new digital jobbies are so easy to use.  As for your other questions....I haven't the foggiest idea what you are talking about *laugh*

;D
It'll be better next year
