Paulines7 - you know what they say - they is one born every minute - but I am sure gonna look out for that ol lady when I am next moseying around the New Forest ;D

Tim - marmalade / ice-cream who cares :P - Lovely pictures but do you have a recipe (with words) this time for me to try out - the other link went to rhubarb & giner jam.  I'm gonna hit my farm shop tomorrow and see if they have any seville oranges left.  Alto I do have an old bag of oranges that the kids don't want to eat at the bottom of the vegie rack in the fridge?  Mmhh! :-\
If you can't be a good example -- then you'll just have to be a horrible warning....

JB - so  sorry - got diverted. I always use a pressure cooker because I don't like the fruit stewed. Do you have one? If yes, is it too late to send the recipe?

If no, do you still want any old recipe?
